除商品问题（如破洞、拉链坏），一概不支持退款。
本店只能提供建议的尺寸 ，不能以商家推荐的尺码不准确为由申请退款。
预售期间不予退款，请谨慎下单。
Refunds are not supported except for products with problems (e.g. holes, bad zips).
We can only provide recommended sizes and cannot request a refund on the grounds that the merchant's recommended size is inaccurate.
No refunds are available during the pre-order period.
交易条款 Transaction Terms
客户在接受商品订购与送货的同时，有义务遵守以下交易条款。您在本店下订单之前或接受送货之前，请您仔细阅读以下条款：
1. 订购的商品价格以您下订单时网站价格为准。
2. 请清楚准确地填写您的真实姓名、送货地址及联系方式。因如下情况造成订单延迟或无法配送等，本店将不承担责任：
A. 客户提供错误信息和不详细的地址；
B. 货物送达无人签收，由此造成的重复配送所产生的费用及相关的后果；
C. 不可抗力，例如：自然灾害、交通戒严、突发战争等。
3. 隐私权：本店尊重您的隐私权，在任何情况下，我们都不会将您的个人和订单信息出售或泄露给任何第三方（国家司法机关调取除外）。我们从网站上或电话中得到的所有客户信息仅用来处理您的相关订单。
The customer is obliged to comply with the following terms of trade when accepting an order for goods and delivery. Before you place an order in our shop or accept delivery, please read the following terms carefully.
1. The price of the goods ordered is based on the website price at the time you place your order.
2. Please fill in your real name, delivery address and contact details clearly and accurately. The shop will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of orders due to the following circumstances.
A. incorrect information and non-detailed address provided by the customer.
B. goods delivered unsigned for, resulting in duplicate delivery of the costs incurred and related consequences.
C. force majeure, for example: natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc.
3. privacy: the shop respects your privacy, under no circumstances will we sell or divulge your personal and order information to any third party (except for access by national judicial authorities). All customer information we receive from the website or over the phone will only be used to process your relevant order.

To the extent permitted by law, UUGIRL STUDIO reserves the right to interpret all terms, and has the right to cancel, add, delete, and revise terms according to the situation, and the terms will become effective after the announcement on the website and other media or outlets.
